About Project

The Cayman Heart Foundation  (CHF), formerly Cayman Heart Fund, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that raise awareness of heart health in the Cayman Islands and also helps to raise funds for screenings and direct support for patients and their families here in Cayman.

Our team was delighted to provide marketing, promotions and event support for both their 2024 Cardiovascular Conference and Hearts in Motion Sunset Gala!

CARDIOVASCULAR CONFERENCE

CHF’s aim for their 2024 Cardiovascular Conference was for it to have a programme full of exceptional speakers – both local and international offering insightful presentations for healthcare professionals as well as relevant information on cardiovascular health for the public too.

For the Conference, our team at The Grow Group provided:

  • Event Management including liaising with the team at the venue (Kimpton Seafire) as well as web design, development & management of the conference website chf-conference.com
  • Promotional campaigns
    • Social Media Management
    • Email Marketing
    • Marketing materials  – including leaflets & brochures

Heavily ingrained in our messaging and imagery on CHF’s various media channels as well as messaging throughout the day, was the idea of this event being ‘for ALL’ – emphasising the conference was ‘open to all’ to join together to learn, discuss and network, keeping CHF’s main theme to ‘Improve Cardiovascular Health for All’ at the core.

Additionally, we helped ensure space was allocated for networking (lunch and network spaces), providing attendees with name badges for a more personal element at what was a larger event, allowing sufficient time in the programme for Q&As with speakers – ensuring ‘togetherness’ as much as possible.

HEARTS IN MOTION SUNSET GALA

To mark the conclusion of our CHF Cardiovascular Conference, but as an event in its own right, CHF wanted to host a heart health-related gala. Their goal was to weave the vital message of exercise and heart health into a memorable night of elegance, entertainment, dancing (‘motion’, ‘movement’), similar to the beating of a heart, and meaningful connections.

For the Gala, our team provided:

  • Event Support – including liaising with the team at the venue (Kimpton Seafire) as well as web design, development, and management of the Gala website chf-gala.com
  • Promotional campaigns
    • Social Media Management
    • Email Marketing

Images of motion, movement, and dancing were included on the site and throughout social campaigns, linking to the theme of motion, the beating of the heart but also representing the evening of entertainment and dancing.

We wanted to strike that balance of an elegant entertaining evening but also promote that these fun events which include dancing, motion, and movement, can be the simple steps you take to start moving more and boosting your heart health.
